By completing this form you are registering to attend Community Cabinet South Coast on Tuesday 20 May.

The Premier’s Department (“The Department”) is collecting your personal information (including name, address, email, phone) to facilitate your attendance at the Community Cabinet Public Forum. 

Your personal information may be shared with the Premier’s Department, the Premier’s Office, NSW Ministers’ Offices, and other NSW Government agencies to prepare, plan and facilitate the event.  

Providing the requested information is voluntary. However, as this is a registered event, if you choose not to provide us with your information, we may not be able to facilitate your attendance. 

We will not use or disclose the information collected from you, other than as described above, unless you have provided consent for us to do this, or we are authorised or required to do so by law. The Department’s Privacy Management Plan provides further information about how we handle your personal information. To access and correct your personal information, contact the Premier’s Department.

 

Media and Filming

There may be photography, filming and media present at the Community Cabinet. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed or have concerns, please contact us by emailing communitycabinet@premiersdepartment.nsw.gov.au.

Third-Party Lobbyists

All Lobbyists must comply with the Lobbyists Code of Conduct and must make a number of disclosures prior to meeting with any Government Official.
